Sadly, Mr. Zmirak is spot on. I just know that whenever I turn on Catholic radio and I hear that well educated, feminized voice of someone who is a cross between a creeper and a college professor, I know I’m listening to a bishop. It’s uncanny how so many of them sound alike, and not in a good way. Now, what can we do about these spineless heretics? Besides prayer, starving the beast seems to be the only practical option.

Not any more. They are now often getting money directly from the Federal and State governments for the services for the “poor”, the under served, the illegals, etc
The best part is where the USCCB is quick to let us know that personal views of employees don’t necessarily reflect those of the USCCB itself –and then, by not firing or otherwise discipling her, demonstrate that they in fact do reflect their views.
