Absolutely true! But … if the bombs (or mortars) start falling, once the offertory has been made, the Consecrations and the Communion must follow. That is not quite the same as saying “all the rites” of the ceremony of Mass. One can go straight to the Consecration, and then straight to the (priest’s) Communion.
