Just Lynching Trump Would Be More Honest

Setting a March 4, 2024 trial date for the J6 trial of Trump goes well into the realm of absurdity.  More than twelve million documents and endless amounts of witnesses, trial prep of two years would be the absolute required minimum.  Six months is am utter sham of a fair trial by the Judge.  I doubt a conviction under these circumstances would hold up before ultimate Supreme Court review, where this bad joke of a case is headed.  However, neither the prosecution nor the Judge are concerned about this.  What they clearly want is Trump going into the general election as a convicted felon, even though the conviction is completely bogus,  The counter to this is an immediate interlocutory appeal of the trial date.  Normally these are rarely grated in Federal criminal trials.  The DC Circuit would certainly deny it, but then the Trump legal team could petition for cert to the Supreme Court..  Hopefully enough Justices will see that this legal lynching of the chief challenger to the President threatens the life of the Republic.

What they’re in the business of demonstrating in increments is that a history of affiliation with the Democratic Party should debar one from working as a judge or a prosecutor.

It is a lynching, a lynching sanction by our Judicial System. Do not the talking heads realize that evidence of his guilt is irrelevant (except possibly the Florida case). Even if he wins the election, he may have to govern from jail (no pardons on state charges.) His oppressors have convinced themselves they are justified in destroying the judicial system to ruin Trump. This nation is almost evenly divided on what is good and evil, economic theory, and almost all moral issues. In six more years, the nation will be unrecognizable. Is it not time to explore a peaceful separation? I would not be optimistic. Perhaps the saddest part is that our Catholic Church supports mostly the evil ones. Make no mistake, the evil is seeping into our areas also.

Sorry, ment to add, at 76 I fear my judgment and can only say, I hope all who oppose me survive theirs. Tough to do sometimes.
