Just to clarify, the above is the last line from one of St. Teresa of Avila’s poems, which in English would be something like this:
Let nothing upset you,
let nothing frighten you.
All things pass;
God does not change.
Patience wins all it seeks.
Whoever has God lacks nothing:
God alone is enough.
If you ever travel to Spain, you should definitely visit her monastery in Ávila. It’s about an hour away from Madrid.
