I did a lot of “Please stand by” when t v first came out. Yes, I was born before t.v. telephone and antibiotics, before the atomic bomb, when doctors made house calls and when children were free to play in the sun without being fearful of being abducted or seduced by pornography or addicted to sodomy or drugs. I was born when people slept with their doors unlocked and their windows open. You have hit a nerve. Our constitutional posterity have the heavy burden of our sins.
I forgot to mention that we stayed and watch the channel signal waiting for the programs to resume. It was the best thing.
