Look to the star of the sea, call upon Mary … in danger, in distress, in doubt, think of Mary, call upon Mary. May her name never be far from your lips, or far from your heart … If you follow her, you will not stray; if you pray to her, you will not despair; if you turn your thoughts to her, you will not err. If she holds you, you will not fall; if she protects you, you need not fear; if she is your guide, you will not tire; if she is gracious to you, you will surely reach your destination.
Saint Bernard of Clairvaux
HOW THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY GOT TO HEAVEN
Neglect of our Creator’s Justice and due acknowledgement of gifts endowed to all humankind: life, free will, intellect, sovereign personhood, conscience, time and space all denied by humankind and replaced by self-will, selfishness and unconcern for the truth has brought humankind to defeat his purpose, his destiny, his identity in the likeness of God, but most importantly of all, humankind has shrugged off original innocence and assumed original sin as a way of life.
When the Blessed Virgin Mary, through her informed consent, freely chose to do the will of God for all time from the veery first moment of her existence, submitting her free will to the will of her Creator, Mary became the Perpetual Virgin, maintaining her original innocence.
Original Innocence filled Mary’s soul. Original sin had no place in Mary’s soul. Mary’s Immaculate Conception was the result of Mary’s constant love for God and her perfect obedience to the will of God. Mary loved God above all sin.
When Mary gave informed consent to the Angel Gabriel to become the Mother of the Son of God, Jesus Christ, Mary fulfilled her destiny.
After Jesus Christ redeemed humankind by His Cross and Resurrection, Christ ascended into heaven to present redeemed humankind and all creation to His Father. Jesus Christ’s Father gave all power and authority over creation to His Son, Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ fulfilled humankind’s redemption and came to reign as King of Kings, Sovereign King.
Mary, Jesus Christ’s Mother, to Whom Christ crucified gave all humankind into her Sacred Heart and to Saint John, the Beloved Apostle to Whom Christ crucified gave Mary, His Virgin Mother and all of fallen humankind.
Mary, the Blessed Virgin, was assumed into heaven carried by angels weightless; without the depts of sin. In heaven God the Father and God, the Son and the Holy Spirit, the constant spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary crowned Our Lady Queen of Heaven and Earth.
(for all humankind to emulate and enjoy Mary’s friendship for all eternity)
