My Bride and I were married for eight years before we were blessed with kids. I was 34 and she was 33 when the twins were born. When our daughter was born I was 38 and she was 37. We kept up with our bundles of energy but we were glad we were no older than we were.

My hat is off to you Phillip!
Mine too Philip. In more ways that one..
34 for the 1st, 45 for the fifth. Alas, my wife took up more of the rearing than I; I regret that now.
“My hat is off to you Phillip!”
For me, the benefit of having kid later was having much more patience. I needed that.
My parents were 33 and 35 when I was born. My brother came 22 months later.
I was 31 and my husband 32 when out first son was born. 34 and 35 for the second. Both sides of our families married late. Praying the memorare for my boys to each find an active Catholic wife. One is close. My list is long of bachelors and bachelorettes.to marry.
