He is strong public speaker, calculated in his deliveries and an activist. But also a competent liar. So he will be a pretty dangerous person to have in a department like DOE. And the contradictory part is he is pro-nuclear energy which is normally not the stand the left take. He will probably be difficult to remove from position.
