I was at a conference in Orlando which ended yesterday. My flight 7 am flight was cancelled. I was able to reschedule on the 9:45 pm flight (all others were cancelled.). I went to the airport where the Southwest ticket counter was a disaster. Hundreds waiting to rebook.
I had doubts about reliability of the 9:40 flight so went downstairs, rented a car and drove to New Orleans where my flight was supposed to land. Got there at 4:30 after a nine hour drive. Was home by 6 for dinner.
Was very happy to have suffered this out of solidarity for the Southwest workers. Would do it again.
Got a notice on the way that my 9:40 pm flight was further delayed to 11:40. Don’t know if it ever took off as I cancelled at that point.

I know a fellow who used to fly for a major US airlines. Plum job: fly to Japan three or four times a month, lots of days off, real nice house in a real nice area of town. Then Fukashima happened. He wasn’t quite so eager to go so would trade routes with other international pilots. Plenty of takers. (The South American routes are farirly dull, I guess.) It seems that flying certain routes can really expose people to fairly high levels of radiation, and he did not want to add to that.

I imagine that pilots are probably at increased risk for blood clots as a part of the job. Why the heck would be want them to add to that risk?

The powers that be had better hope that “the science” reveals that the vax really is as safe as they say, because if it is not, then no amount of zero liability”will protect them.

Evidently, the stab doesn’t work. Stabbed people still get China virus, still communicate China virus, still get hospitalized, and still die – in similar numbers to last year when we were All Going To Die.
And, this vaxx mandate is simply another deflection and distraction from all the many failures and the taking of our freedoms.

Am I overreacting or is this garbage going to be on our patios in the near future. After listening to what our Dept. Of Injustice had to say about children, CRT and parental rights…well, I beg to ask the question.

We would be just like Australia except for two things. We are still armed and are really, really getting pissed off.
“really getting pissed off”. Sorry but there aren’t many who are. I was denied entry to a restaurant on Saturday in Oxford, Ohio near Miami University. The restaurant, Stinekellers, was nearly full of maskless people sitting at tables. The closest empty table to the door was 4 feet. I had to wear a mask for 4 feet then I could take it off. You know, it’ like being “on base”. I refused. No entry. We’re just following the rules, the say. I was the bad guy. Perfectly healthy. Social leper. I was the only one who seemed to have a problem with it. No restaurant in Cincinnati has rules like that anymore.
It think People today will go willingly to the camps. No resistance at all. I don’t feel like I’m in America anymore.
