The Road Forward

As a citizen I have absolutely no doubt that the election is in the process of being stolen.  The votes being reported from urban centers in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia and other states defy belief and bear indicia of fraud, the first sign of which is when ballot returns stop being reported for a few hours on election night and then suddenly resume in the wee hours of the next morning, all of which occurred in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania.  This was commonplace in Illinois when I was growing up, where the Chicago Political Machine would be deciding during a late night pause in counting in Chicago, in close state wide elections, just how many cemeteries they could vote to win, without election fraud being so obvious that the results from Crook Cook County would never be accepted.  In their frenzy to defeat Orange Man Bad the contemporary Lords of the Blue Cities have tossed caution to the wind and engaged in fraud which is blatant and obvious.

Now I take off my outraged citizen cap and put on my attorney cap.  Unless they get a lot of high level whistle blowers coming forward as to the manufacture of Biden votes, the Trump legal teams are going to have a very difficult time in the few weeks they will have to provide legal proof that fraud sufficient to effect the election outcome has occurred.  Fraud here and there, sure that will be easy to prove, but a conspiracy of fraud so vast as to steal a presidential election will be difficult to prove in the time available.  What I suspect will happen is that the US Supreme Court will ultimately rule that court mandated changes in election laws, made close to the election, most notably by the Democrat dominated Pennsylvania Supreme Court, are stricken.  In Pennsylvania this would mean that votes received after election day would not be counted.  More than this they will not do.  Courts hate getting involved in after election squabbles, viewing these as primarily matters for the political branches, the executive and the legislative, to sort out.  The problem also arises as to the remedy.  In Bush v. Gore the remedy was easy:  stop the counting after Bush had won the count and the recount.  In this case the Court would have to decide something far more difficult in crafting a remedy.  Order certain states to rerun their elections?  And when the same sort of disputes arose after the redo elections, what then?  Order that the tainted electoral votes from these states not be counted?  The Court lacks the constitutional authority to do that, or to order that the electoral votes be awarded to a candidate.  I fear that in this case all the court battles, in the words of the Bard, will be full of sound and fury, signifying nothing in the end.  I hope I am wrong but 38 years of dealing with courts tells me that I am not.

So, what other recourse does the President have?  Well it is simple to say:  get the Republican legislatures in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and, if necessary, Georgia and Arizona, to certify alternative slates of Trump electors and cause the vote of the Electoral College on December 11 to be tainted.  This tosses the election into the House which votes by House delegations which presumably would vote for Trump due to the GOP controlling more House delegations.  Problems?  Such a move would bring the nation to the brink of civil war.  See the election of 1876 for reference.  The uproar would be the worst since 1860.  I simply don’t see a chance in Hades that the Republican legislatures will do this.  Even if they did, I think the tactic would fail in the House with Republican defections likely. Talk about this route is great for blogs and shows like Steve Bannon’s War Room, but such talk has as much to do with political reality as the contention that Epstein committed suicide.

What other routes are there?  None that I can see at the present time.  I think that Trump will ultimately follow the path of Grover Cleveland, and spend the next four years developing Trump TV, one can imagine the sky high ratings, and being the leader of the resistance to the Harris administration, which will have a rocky course to follow with the repudiation of the Democrats at the polls this year, with half the population viewing the administration as lacking any legitimacy and with the uproar that will doubtless surround the removal of hapless puppet Biden.  Assuming he lives, Trump comes roaring back in 2024, something he is already privately talking about.  An unsatisfactory outcome right now, but perhaps a very satisfactory outcome in the fullness of time.  We shall see.

I agree with your analysis Donald and I like it. Biden/Harris ultimately win. Trump becomes the populist leader of the country with a TV Show, newspapers, etc. Biden/Harris will be vilified and ineffective. Trump will form a Populist/Christian Party. Vigano will play a major role. Trump or someone he picks will become President in 2024. Let the good times roll. Or God may have another plan. “We shall see”.

Thank you for your views.
My stomach is churning over this in ways unimaginable. Prayers soothe however an anger is lingering where peace should reign. Righteous indignation? I think so.

Your insights and great links that you’ve provided over these three days has been uncomfortable but so be it. We didn’t pick the fight.
They are stepping on our toes and pushback should be civil at this point. I hope the courts will be fair.

God Bless this Republic.

Did we not know all this way back when they set the stage for it by accusing Trump (before the first vote was cast-or created) of “not leaving the White House when he loses”? My guess about their agenda then was counting on either the House of Reps or compromised Justice Roberts for sealing their theft.

Depending on how careless the Democrats were, there might still be a chance.

One Matt Braynard has set up a GoFundMe to raise money for comparing the data for everyone who requested an absentee ballot in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, against the Social Security Death Index and the National Change of Address Database. Every match would be a strong indicator of a fraudulent ballot.

Within 12 hours, the GFM met its original goal, so unless the tech overlords catch wind of this and deplatform him before he can cash out, he should have the opportunity to run the comparison–and if he turns up enough fraudulent absentee ballots, that might just be enough to force the courts to call for new elections in some states.

I know, grasping at straws, but still.

If Trump held MAGA rallies in a few cemeteries, he would have won in a landslide already.

No! I’m mad about this not just because I hate cheating, but because they keep getting away with it. Just like a bully eventually you either have to punch back, or just accept them being you master. What makes you think letting them get away with it now will ever let a Republican back in? At some point we have to say enough or just accept democrats being in charge. If you don’t punish cheaters, they go on cheating.

Any chance Impeachment proceedings can begin day one against Biden & Harris for election fraud?

I feared that the speculation about a Trump landslide was a pie-in-the-sky opinion. The crowds at Trumps rallies were impressive but as I said, enthusiastic votes don’t count any more than reluctant votes. That said, the idea of election fraud, while probably a reality, won’t make a difference. What has to be done now is make sure we take back the House in 2022 and set up a ticket to defeat Harris in 2024. I’m thinking Haley/Crenshaw.

Otter : We gotta take these bastards. Now we could do it with conventional weapons, but that could take years and cost millions of lives. No, I think we have to go all out. I think that this situation absolutely requires a really futile and stupid gesture be done on somebody’s part!
Bluto : We’re just the guys to do it.

Any word on the state of the Senate?
The narrative had been set weeks before the election. Dems were going to dominate early/mail in voting. Reps were going to dominate in person on election day. People were writing of this coup well in advance. Nothing can be done to change the outcome of this stolen election. The question is what can we do to prevent it in the future.

I’ve heard rumors they’re going to fraud a few of the other races too, Don. Problem is all eyes are focused on the prez right now.

“What has to be done now is make sure we take back the House in 2022 and set up a ticket to defeat Harris in 2024. I’m thinking Haley/Crenshaw.”

Do you think this will not embolden the Dems even further, if they get away with it? Do you think they will give up power ever again?

They are in the process of stealing the Senate as well. They aim to have complete control of all 3 branches of government. Hopefully, Mitch McConnell now realizes this and will stand by the president instead of chatting with reporters about how he can work with a president Biden. Because Biden – or rather, Harris – will not be willing to work with them.

Spineless Republicans are surrounded by bloodthirsty wolves and think that the solution is to toss them a few dog biscuits.

There was a landslide George, as indicated by the Democrats being routed up and down the ballot.
Well, the landslide Robert Barnes, and others, predicted was 320 electoral votes for Trump. Anything else is a bitter disappointment.

There is no “road” forward. The path forward is county by county, if we can do it peacefully through existing political processes. Street by street and block by block if we can’t.

My last comment until next week. Maybe ever. Right now, I’m in a very dark place and in a very black state of mind. So I’m part of the problem too.

If this article is correct then there is no We the People, and our national experiment in self rule is effectively over. If the left can get away with election fraud on this sort of massive scale, without legal recourse and legal remedy, there is no nation worth saving. Maybe that would be a good thing. We can focus on being citizens of heaven, beholden to Christ our King and Him alone. As it should be.

Ernst-
Do not allow yourselves to be discouraged by the deceptions of the Enemy, even more so in this terrible hour in which the impudence of lying and fraud dares to challenge Heaven. Our adversaries’ hours are numbered if you will pray, if we will all pray with Faith and with the true ardor of Charity. May the Lord grant that one single devout and faithful voice rise from your homes, your churches, and your streets! This voice will not remain unheard, because it will be the voice of a people that cries out, in the moment when the storm rages most fiercely, “Save us, Lord, we are perishing!” (Mt 8:25).

Vote fraud there has always been since the first election occurred. It is something to be fought against and not surrendered to in despair.

What concerns me is the stranglehold on the media in this instance. Yeah there’s always been fraud out there, but I don’t recall much of an infrastructure for gaslighting the people set up.

It’s not even about Biden – it’s about the media. I was hoping the blow would be strong enough to snap them back into some common sense. Instead I’m now concerned that if they get away with cheating, they will just resolve to double down on their power and set up to make sure nothing ever threatens their bubble ever again.

I’ll gain hope when I see more of a spirit of rebellion sparking among the normies, and not just among us liberty-loving cranks. 😉

In these darkening times remember this quote from a pretty good book series;
“I wish it need not have happened in my time,” said Frodo. “So do I,” said Gandalf, “and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.”

Carry on and offer up your suffering to the Lord!

Ernst, great news from Just the News: Antrim County, Michigan was flipped for Trump after the cheating red-to-blue software was repaired today. Rep Party chairwoman said there are 46 counties in Michigan that use that software. Stand by….
Meanwhile keep praying and keep commenting. You live in a total red state. Lucky you. For those of us in blue states (SD Gov Kristi Noem vs VA Gov Ralphie “Infaticide” Northam) we need fixes of your quirky humor during this crazy mess. Praying for you for the darkness to lift.

If the Demonrats take the Senate, or have 50 votes, there will be at least 15 million more Democrat voters by the time of the next election. By calling Biden out, the USCCB likely could have prevented the election of this advocate of baby murder. God Bless the few Bishops who did.

JRP, a hundred Amens.
There are many United States bishops who ought to be in sackcloth and ashes for the rest of their earthly lives. And not just because of their complicity in the abortion holocaust and their aiding and abetting this scandalous perversion of a free election. What a bunch of broken reeds. 😢

Haven’t got a secondary source yet, but the software that flipped that one county– the one found because a guy got two votes, when he’s got six family members at least that voted for him– is not only used in 30-40 counties of that state, but in 30 states.
