Seems I’ve seen that video before, and as I recall it doesn’t really fit the “armed citizen” narrative, in that she’s a police officer, and this video is from Brazil.
She was off duty at her kid’s school. and the nation is of no consequence. Also, physically I doubt if she would have wanted to tangle with the man she shot.
I don’t think her occupation and duty status should matter either, but full context is important so these things can be discussed intelligently, instead of via partisan thought-cliches.
I mean, if I wanted to go full leftist dweeb here, I could argue that I see a privileged white woman exercising her privilege over a man of color who doubtlessly was driven by institutional racism to do whatever it was he was doing when he was shot.
You and I both know that’s stupid. And yet, the stupid burns, literally; we have the cities to prove it.
