Something for the weekend. Spring from Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons. The weather has been somewhat Spring like in Central Illinois this week. Probably just Winter lulling us into a false sense of security, but the Sons of Adam and the Daughters of Eve should always err on the side of optimism as we wend our way through this Vale of Tears.

People I know in warmer climates have asked “How can you live with 6 months of winter?” Nov-April.
I don’t see it that way in northern IL.
The weather can be rather pleasant even to mid Nov and and things usually improve after St Patrick’s day.
Plus I find some of the cold and snow during the holidays to be nostalgic. So if you can get through Jan and Feb without going insane, you’re good!
