I am convinced as Seneca describes below that God raised Charlie Kirk to Heaven (caelo impositus). This was obviously done before he could complete RCIA and formerly enter the Church here on Earth. God has concluded his service to the Res Publica (literally, the public matter).

Epistulae Morales 68:2
Lucius Annaeus Seneca

Nor do we send him to every public matter, nor always, nor without any end; moreover, since we have given the wise man a public matter worthy of him, that is, the world, he is not outside the public matter even if he withdraws; indeed, perhaps, leaving one corner, he passes on to greater and more spacious things, and being raised [established] to heaven, he understands, when he ascends a chair or a tribunal, how lowly he sits. Lay this down next to you, that a wise man never does more than when divine and human things come into his sight.

Given time he was cruelly denied, Charlie Kirk may well have converted.

Any one who seeks Baptism has implicit Baptism until he may receive material Baptism. The unborn child in the womb and persons seeking the Catholic Church have implicit Baptism.
As Edith Stein, Charlie Kirk knew the Truth when he found the Truth.
