The Japanese ran this kind of puppet rule for centuries, and it worked because the Mikado accepted his ceremonial situation and there was only one shogun at a time running things through the samurai bureaucrats. Biden too often refused to stay in costume, more than one person tried to play shogun (at least Obama and Jill, maybe more) and the samurai were bumblers.
I’m not so sure Biden is so out-of-it that he bears no responsibility. His pardon of his son Hunter was something that benefited himself and his son— but did a great deal of damage to the Democrats, who were made to look every bit as corrupt as they say Trump is.
If Biden was just a rubber stamp, I don’t think the puppet masters would have allowed Hunter’s pardon. The optics are too terrible.
Biden, being a venal and petty little man, couldn’t care less if his behavior in his remaining weeks as president damages his party— especially after that party pulled him off its ballot. Pardoning his son was a twofer— it benefited himself and his family, and it was a thumb in the eyes of the puppet masters who humiliated him.

Biden wants to stick it to his Puppetmasters who inflicted Kamala on him. I wouldn’t be surprised if he cast his vote for Trump. What does he have to loose if he spends the remaining weeks of his Presidency causing damage? He can pretty much do what he wants and blame it on dementia. And nobody can prove otherwise. Thats what you get when your Plan B and C and D…is Kamala Harris. No forsight.
