Warriors of Christ

My late Uncle Ralph, a Protestant who carried a Rosary with him as an infantryman fighting in Korea and for the rest of his life, would have approved.

I can’t help but imagine that a few of those young men will nurish their future son’s to the extent that they will be able to hear Christ calling them to the priesthood when ready.

Battle ready.

I am delighted to see this posting on your page!!! My husband has been a Knight for over 45 years (since he was 18 and out of high school), following in the steps of his father and grandfather. The Knights do *outstanding* work, not only witnessing for the Faith by their example as seen in this photo, but by doing many other good works, including disaster relief, providing clothing and supplies for impoverished schoolchildren, and doing much of the dirty work and heavy lifting at their parishes. They are always ready to promote the mission of the Church and to assist with the work and funding necessary. I am also very happy to say that the Knights of my home parish (Akron, Ohio St. Bernard), which is also the home of the University of Akron Newman Center, have inspired the college men to start a satellite Council on-campus. From what I have witnessed personally, the university students are ready and willing to be faithful Catholics. With the example faithful pastors, chaplains, Newman Centers, FOCUS missionaries, and our good Knights, they will be the future leaders of our Church, and I am confident we will be in very good hands.
