Go here to read the story. I suspect this was the FBI backup plan if they had been unable to incite a riot on Capitol Hill on January 6, 2021. Of course they are not going to arrest themselves.

The FBI is so irreformably corrupt I’m just shocked they haven’t falsely accused some innocent white man yet. I mean, it’s kind of a give-a-way that this pipe bomb was an FBI false flag when you handle the investigation the way its been handled, particularly in comparison to how the rest of the J6 investigation has gone. I mean, even Ray Epps was on the FBI’s most wanted list for a bright shining moment.
CIA, FBI and other alphabet agencies gotta go.
There is no reforming them.
Order maintenance is the business of state and local government. We would benefit from a much briefer federal penal code (with precisely calibrated sentencing formulae) and modest federal police agencies with specialized functions. One for the coast guard, one for the border guard, one for the point-of-entry inspectorate, one for customs violators; one chasing down illegal aliens, coyotes, and traffickers; one for security on diplomatic campuses abroad, one to supply extra manpower to the MP corps, one for security on federal rural property, one for security at federal civilian campuses and dignitary protection, one for government cybersecurity, one chasing down tax evaders, one for civil aviation and transit hubs, one for forensic science, one chasing down spies and saboteurs, one attacking multi-state racketeering enterprises, one attacking multi-state fraud schemes, one attacking the interstate traffic in stolen goods, one hunting down missing persons, one investigating corruption and abuse of power by federal officials, one hunting down fugitives, one hunting down missing nuclear and biological material, one investigating suspicious financial transactions, one investigating process crimes, one investigating civil rights crimes by state and local officials and their confederates, one enforcing court orders, one running prisons; one running hospitals, nursing centers, and asylums for convicts; one running jails, one running specialty detention centers; one to administer halfway houses, probation systems, and parole systems. Sort them into about five cabinet departments. Separate legal representation of the government in court from the process of investigation and put the legal counsel in a separate department. Debar by law from federal employment anyone who was a salaried employee of the FBI’s Washington HQ after 1992 and anyone who occupied a management position at the agency after 1992.
While we’re at it, we might consider replacing federal grand juries with adversarial preliminary hearings, segregating the function of representing the government in court in a department different from that of conducting investigations, limiting federal prosecutors to cases which have been referred to them by other parties, having prosecutors advise investigatory services on the viability of their case in court but not conduct investigations or interview witnesses, debar any lawyer from being employed as a federal prosecutor or employed to represent the federal government as a civil plaintiff for more than 12 years in any bloc of 14 years,
We might in addition re-jigger federal trial jurisdictions. Have forty-odd assemblages of counties with each assigned according to which consequential metropolitan center it was most proximate. The three or four with the highest potential caseloads (New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas / Fort Worth) might be partitioned into 2-4 jurisdictions. The Washington jurisdiction would have to include that for state-type cases arising out of the District of Columbia so might be partitioned as well given the potential caseload . It would properly include DC, about 20-odd counties and stand-alone municipalities in Virginia, a half dozen counties in Maryland, and a scatter of counties in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. You could require by law that no more than two persons on any jury be residents of the District of Columbia. If you partitioned it, you might partition it at the Potomac.
Congress does nothing constructive, so it will never happen.

ADC, you’ve made some fine suggestions. Have you ever thought of running for public office? Or helping some one who is?
