Reagan almost has a superhero look. The pre Civil War presidents look like Dickens characters (which they should, since they were contemporaries of Dickens). Truman looks like a slightly mischievous gnome; Eisenhower looks as if he just swallowed a lemon; LBJ and Nixon look like they want to kill somebody; Carter looks much older than he did as president; Obama has a “cat that ate a canary” look; Trump appears to have been caught in a windstorm; and Biden looks like a cross between the Joker and Marley’s Ghost.
W looks like a muppet, and Obama could use that as his driver’s license photo. I’d love to know the story behind these.

Philip, it looks like Biden has figured out a way to circumvent the constitution and Congress which doesn’t surprise me. It’s like the EPA beurocrats being in control although Supreme Court did give a ruling in our favor over that (not that the Bishops were happy). It doesn’t seem like we will win if brought before Supreme Court either. We just have to say “no”.

Dunno. The Nixon and Ford caricatures do not draw on any facial expression of theirs you’re likely to locate.
