Notice how they never have to explain the benefits of diversity or ever, ever, prove those purported benefits. It’s all just assumed. Just like their assumption that there can be too many white people, but never enough “people of color”. What’s the magical balance for the racial makeup in any institution? No one can say, other than the work’s never done. My favorite moment of absurdity is when it’s enforced in “Catholic” universities, institutions founded on the concept that knowledge is knowable, and on a faith that tells us God only made men and women and that He shows no partiality. Ultimately, “diversity” is just racist gibberish peddled by hucksters.

I noticed that dealing with college faculty 25 years ago. No explanations, ever.
Asking for an explanation of benefits for DIE is like asking a parasite to explain how it benefits its host.

Permanent employment (& power) to achieve perfect diversity that can never be had, micro aggressions that are so small and a systematic racism so elusive that only trained professional can identify.
The NBA needs professionals like this. Obviously there’s a huge problem there.
The assumption that Diversity™️ is the summum bonum was, if I recall correctly, also the underlying rationale of the entire school desegregation project of the previous century. We all remember how well that worked out. But I find it more than ironic that many of the same cohorts who now chant the diversity mantra also insist that our diverse betters must be given their own schools, dormitories, classes, etc., to which those evil white people are not welcome. The new rmotto seems to be “Diversity™️ Through Segregation.” Orwell, call your office…

What’s scary is the change in recruiting airlines pilots. Airline captains my brother has spoken with said these diverse nuggests have no interest in flying and after training have no clue what to do in the copit.
That and the new lax FAA physical exams requirements make air travel less attractive. My afore mentioned brother has a private pilots license; is retired USN flight surgeon and has a small aerospace practice .
