Self-defense of one’s soul by not lettng a contract to approve of same sex marriage better known as sodomy into one’s personal space. Sovereign personhood is not granted by the state. Sovereign personhood accordng to Thomas Jefferson who correctly attributes sovereign personhood, reason and intellect to “their Creator” in The Declaration of Independence and acknowledges man’s freedom from tyranny by the state and world powers over man’s immortal rational human soul.
This sovereign personhood is endowed by “their Creator” from the very first moment of existence in original innocence, even before procreation into original sin, concupiscence

State imposed reeducation into the sodomy of hell. The state is not supposed to make any laws concerning the establishment of religion, the worship and acknowledgement of “their Creator.”
Jack Phillips refused to surrender his immortal rational human soul to sodomy as marriage . The birth canal is as far away from the rectum as is possible and only Justice Gorsuch knows this? WHY?
