Desperately seeking a civil war might as well have been the title of The New York Times editorial.

It seems everything the Left does involves:
1. Projection – it is the Left who introduced fraud and used the FBI to (try&) rig an election.
2. Lie and Lie Big – the “big lie” is that this wasn’t an insurrection it was a riot of persons who thought and think the election was stolen.
3. End Justify Means – if the Left causes a civil war but maintains power I don’t think that actually would matter. “We won”, didn’t we they’d say.
4. Amplify Ignorance – if even one MAGA person is provoked to do one bad thing they’ll use the media to amplify a million times over and convince low information voters.

It seems an apt metaphor for what is currently transpiring comes from the scene near the end in the animated Robin Hood where the Sheriff of Nottingham is running up the stairs of the castle in his underwear with a torch shouting “This time we’ve got him for sure!” and ends up burning down the castle while Prince John is sucking his thumb and making alliterations while trying to kill his advisor. The only meaningful difference is I don’t think our elites are capable of clever alliterations.

The simple question is whether or not Trump did or did not remove classified documents belonging to the government from the White House, or not. If he did, he broke the law. If he didn’t, he didn’t. Let’s let the (strongly Republican tilted) courts decide.

John,

Merritt Garbage’s and John’s SOP, show me the man and I’ll show you the crime.

Since 2015 it’s throw feces on the wall and see if it sticks.

More likely they are terrified that Trump had Epstein’s client list at Mar-A-Lago.

How are things in the Matrix?

It’s amusing how each successive nepot designated by the board of The New York Times to run the publication is the intellectual and moral inferior of the previous generation.

After years of phony allegations (Russia, Russia, Russia hoaxes) from the DOJ, FBI and the MSM, why should I place any credence in their assessments? They gave Hillary Clinton a complete pass on her private server, as well as her destruction of devices. Trump has yet to have his day in court to challenge the DOJ and FBI findings. We appear to be expected to accept the DOJ and FBI allegations at face value. Shouldn’t all these charges be referred to as being alleged until the DOJ and the FBI are made to prove their case in a court of law?
