True. But if you live anywhere in the blue hellholes, aka large cities or states controlled by Democrats, get ready for the Kyle Rittenhouse treatment if you dare shoot a member of the Protected Classes, regardless of how obviously you acted in self defense.
What is attractive about an electric car or truck is the torque, zippy car or towing vehicle, and the low maintenance. ( Musk knows this, that’s why ) Tesla only builds either or.
I don’t see electric ever being the sole vehicle for a family. A hybrid might be an alternative; gain of efficiency from a smaller engine with a constant output. Smaller engine is sufficient highway driving and the electric hybrid torque gives you city driving.
Politicians are idiots. Leave it to the engineers and consumers.
(I doubt there are many politicians that understand the concept of torque. And they don’t understand how cars work. Nor could they install a circuit breaker in a panel. )
EV cars should come with a biometric handgun safe installed.
Thursday is Bastille Day. Maybe our entrenched politicians who live like royalty should do some serious meditation to mark the occasion.
The goal of self protection is to do all you can to not put yourself/get out of immediately any situation where you would need to use a gun. Once a bullet is fired, there is no undoing it. Only shoot if you have to.
