TOKYO—People were stunned after the U.S. women’s soccer team lost to Sweden in the Olympics this week by a score of 3-0—until the team revealed they are boycotting scoring any goals until racism is defeated.
“Yeah, we didn’t score any goals against Sweden last night, but that was totally on purpose,” said star player and beloved activist Megan Rapinoe. “This isn’t the time to score goals—when America is still racist. We totally could have beaten Sweden but we decided as a team that no goals will be scored until complete equality has been achieved in America. Also, we demand a hefty raise.”
Onlookers were stunned during the second half of the game when Rapinoe dribbled the ball all the way to Sweden’s unprotected goal and whispered “This is for you, people of color,” before kicking the ball straight into the air and running headfirst into the goalpost.
“This may be one of the most powerful performances in the history of sports,” said Teen Vogue’s sportswriter who has never watched sports.
Go here to read the rest. I have to hand it to the US team. The lack of patriotism of most of them, and my salute to the team members who did not go along with the majority, caused me to cheer against a US team, something I have never done before in my 64 years.
I won’t even watch this woke farce once known as the Olympic Games. But I would have cheered for Sweden, too, not only for beating these whiny, ungrateful harpies, but for refusing to knuckle under to the Covid tyranny. Who would have thought they would actually stand up for free, rational thought?

Gosh if it makes them feel fuzzy….NZ did the same against the Matildas. But the Matildas refused to hold the Australian flag instead held up the Aboriginal flag. This whilst the entire world is suffering under Covid lockdowns…

If you go down the list of the women’s soccer players on the US national team, all of them, or nearly all of them, came from upper middle- or upper-class suburban upbringings and communities with nearly no black Americans, and all of them went to fairly elite private, usually Ivy League, universities: Again, safe islands of insulation from reality.
For a few examples:
Kelliey O’Hara, Peachtree City, GA, Stanford U (one of the most “woke”campuses you could ever wander across); Carli Lloyd, Delran Township, NJ, Rutgers; Alex Lloyd, San Dimas. CA, UC Berkeley, on and on, the same “privileged” backgrounds for the predominant part, if you check out the whole team, including the absolutely insufferable Megan Rapinoe.
So no wonder, having had all this “white privilege,”they feel guilty and instead, of being thankful for their marvelous opportunities and desiring to be of service to others, they are embarassed and opted instead for the “easy out,” to down their fellow Americans for being raaaacist.
