Creating Crimes

Well, color me shocked:

The audacious plot to kidnap a sitting governor — seen by many as a precursor to the Jan. 6 assault on the US Capitol by hundreds of Trump-supporting protesters — has become one of the most important domestic terrorism investigations in a generation.

The prosecution has already emerged as a critical test for how the Biden administration approaches the growing threat of homegrown anti-government groups. More than that, though, the case epitomizes the ideological divisions that have riven the country over the past several years. To some, the FBI’s infiltration of the innermost circle of armed anti-government groups is a model for how to successfully forestall dangerous acts of domestic terrorism. But for others, it’s an example of precisely the kind of outrageous government overreach that radicalizes people in the first place, and, increasingly, a flashpoint for deep state conspiracy theories.

The government has documented at least 12 confidential informants who assisted the sprawling investigation. The trove of evidence they helped gather provides an unprecedented view into American extremism, laying out in often stunning detail the ways that anti-government groups network with each other and, in some cases, discuss violent actions.

An examination of the case by BuzzFeed News also reveals that some of those informants, acting under the direction of the FBI, played a far larger role than has previously been reported. Working in secret, they did more than just passively observe and report on the actions of the suspects. Instead, they had a hand in nearly every aspect of the alleged plot, starting with its inception. The extent of their involvement raises questions as to whether there would have even been a conspiracy without them.

Go here to read the rest.  The FBI has been playing this dirty game for a very long time.  Use a group of morons to gain very good press, by entrapping them in a crime instigated by FBI undercovers and informants.  Other law enforcement agencies around the country use this tactic constantly.  This tactic has no place in honest law enforcement.  Enticing fools to break laws should be left to their Guardian demons and not to the supposed agents of the Law.

What we’re learning is that the federal criminal code needs to be scarified, the sentences re-calibrated, the staff of the US attorney’s offices replaced tout court, the components of the Department of Justice scattered between a half dozen other departments, and the FBI dissolved. (Of course, since there isn’t any candy in it for the Chamber of Commerce lobbyist, McConnell and McCarthy will do nothing).

Apparently, we also can apply the formula to the government. Ninety-nine percent of everything they have is a lie.

More evidence we live in a time of universal deceit and delusion.

Question everything.

On the other hand, maybe we live in a massive computer simulation . . . One could hope.

I once had a 6th Grade student who honestly announced that “We can do anything we want in this world, as long as we don’t get caught.” He did, several trips to prison and he did himself in with drugs, but his line has always stuck with me as one that might well be said by any Godless philosopher of this modern world. Doing any evil, to many, (including our leaders) is merely a question of getting away with it. Apparently the concept (reality) of eternity in Hades has never entered their minds…I wonder why?

Our government is the enemy of the people aided by the MSM controlling news, and the Federal Reserve controlling the economy. All of this in the interest of the New World Order. By any means necessary is their modus operandi. The same can be said about the top management of the Catholic Church as they transform Catholicism to the religion of Man.

and the Federal Reserve controlling the economy.

The Federal Reserve influences the money supply. It does not ‘control the economy’.

Confidential Informants aren’t generally placed by the agency using them, they’re already involved and then realize they need to tell someone. (or they get caught doing something illegal and turned to stop a bigger plot)

This is how we get most of the cartel related arrests, and the yearly trafficked kids arrests– which is probably why there is so much time and money being poured into ‘oh gosh it’s all made up by the FBI,’ rather than the early reports that pointed to it being a left wing plot. Remember how the media blew up about it, and then went dead silent?

Same with the terror investigations. The oddly well funded media groups keep trying to frame it as people being railroaded into, say, trying to blow up a Christmas tree lighting, when the only alphabet group involvement was “were selling fake explosives.”

Don L: Your anecdote reminds me of a favorite cartoon of mine that I had laminated and placed on my desk back in the working days. Don’t recall where I got it. A bespectacled, bearded man with a halo sits in a big chair with a huge ledger on a desk in front of him. Another man stands in front of the desk, hat in hand. The bearded man says: “It doesn’t MATTER that you never got caught.” 😁
