The way voir dire was structured nearly guaranteed that neutral parties would not be seated. The blame for this travesty falls squarely on the head of Judge Cahill.
I doubt this man was more than marginally worse than the other 11 ‘jurors’. Now let’s see if Minnesota’s appellate courts are going to do their job.
