Some liberals are obtuse. And some are just vicious and evil.
Sad but not surprising. They’ve wanted to destroy Masterpiece Cakes since they’ve become aware of it, and have even sued the bakery on the very day that it has won a previous lawsuit. The embodiment of “the process is the punishment.”
Lawfare is a something that conservatives tend to ignore. We should be doing one of two things:
-Make it very difficult to engage in lawfare, such as offering protections against lawsuit for the same offense in light of previous victories, fines for those who bring a lawsuit to court and lose, or something else.
-Engage in lawfare ourselves. After all, it is part of the system, and there are plenty of legitimate targets.
