Do I miss that the Trump administration failed to lead all summer? No. There will be a lot of things I disagree with over the next four years, but I don’t miss Trump.
On 20 January 2021, they commenced the destruction of America and since have been at war with the American people. .

See Kurt Schlicter, who has done this sort of work in the past. Without the co-operation of local authorities, our troops would have to proceed as an occupying army, and that has large logistical challenges.
All up to the mayors and governors of the states where the riots were. In an election year the blue states governors did not want to ask for National Guard help when they knew the media would play it as President Trump being incompetent. When Trump did send in federal agents to save the federal employees inside federal courthouses, the mayors, governors, Congress and media went nuts. Throwing an incendiary bomb into the Portland Fed Courthouse which could have burned to death the fed employees inside was okay. Despicable human beings to sacrifice their citizens’ property and businesses and lives to help their Democratic candidate win.
Same mantra with COVID. President Trump bailed out those states that had used federal stockpile monies for other purposes. Trump had American companies retool to make ventilators, masks, manufacture more drugs, etc., which were distributed among the states; As commander-in-chief he offered the two hospital ships, Mercy, Comfort, to the governors of CA and NY. When Cuomo and Newsome agreed, Trumppersonal supplies sent USNS hospital ships to NYC and Los Angeles. To activate the ships and fit them was a big logistic deal with 63 civilian, 956 naval hospital staff, 258 naval support staff aboard each ship. Usually this includes mobilizing reservists to augment the staffs and also replace active duty in medical facilities ashore. Then the ships are outfitted with all the supplies that a hospital ashore has is assembled and brought aboard.. All accomplished at the direction of the executive branch
