Amen

Amen (Hebrew: אָמֵן, ‘ʾāmēn’; Greek: ἀμήν, ‘amín’; Arabic: آمین, ‘āmīna’; Aramaic/Syriac: ܐܵܡܝܼܢ, ‘ʾāmīn’) is an Abrahamic declaration of affirmation[1] first found in the Hebrew Bible, and subsequently in the New Testament.[2] It is used in Jewish, Christian and Islamic worship, as a concluding word, or as a response to a prayer.

And of course, “man” comes from the Germanic language family, which had split from any even hypothesized Indo-European root language long before the Bible was penned.

Well for one thing it sounds like he said A Man not Amen. That’s how he could say A Woman. If he had said Amen he would have needed to say A Women which would have sounded even more ridiculous due to the singular article and the plural noun. How does someone who doesn’t even know what Amen means get chosen to deliver a prayer?
