I also get so-so-SO tired of all the hand-wringing from his supposed allies about “decorum”. That ship sailed years ago. I understand “wish he wouldn’t” and “foot in mouth”, et cetera.
HOWEVER! (Read that word in your best Howard Cosell voice) The complaint tells me they need an excuse to justify their petty complaints and envy about what he has accomplished.

I wonder if this strategy of demanding much more than he wants is somehow relevant to his actions concerning the Kennedy Center. It seems unnecessary for him to demand his name on the building. The lobby ceiling caved in a few weeks ago so apparently he was correct about its bad condition.
I’m committed at this point to ignoring the drama. Wake me in six months and we’ll see what the deal is.
I wish Franklin had held out for New Brunswick, and maybe Nova Scotia …
A reminder that the Greenlanders and not the Danes will make any decision of transfer of territory. A fair offer is fine with me, but I don’t cotton to threats of force.
