(1) advises, counsels, urges, or in any manner causes or attempts to cause insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal of duty by any member of the military or naval forces of the United States; or
(2) distributes or attempts to distribute any written or printed matter which advises, counsels, or urges insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal of duty by any member of the military or naval forces of the United States—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.
(b) For the purposes of this section, the term “military or naval forces of the United States” includes the Army of the United States, the Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Navy Reserve, Marine Corps Reserve, and Coast Guard Reserve of the United States; and, when any merchant vessel is commissioned in the Navy or is in the service of the Army or the Navy, includes the master, officers, and crew of such vessel.

It’s been noted that the Afghani murderer in DC traveled all the way across the country from Bellingham, Washington to kill two randomly selected Guardsmen. He could have traveled to Seattle and killed two randomly selected ICE agents. What made Guardsman in DC his targets of choice? I’d check the bank balances of his close relatives. How much have they increased and can you trace the increments back to someone in that aforementioned set of operators.
During the George Floyd riots, professional protesters were delivered by U-Haul truck carrying professionally printed signs all while pallets of bricks were delivered to the protest sites.
Later, the pro-Hamas sit-in mobs were all using identical camping gear.
No one ever bothered to trace those expenditures. I’m skeptical anyone will bother to look into these either.
People have looked into the “pallets of bricks” claims, and they’ve been proven false. When they’ve existed at all, they’re from nearby construction sites.

They were ubiquitous. Left-wing apologists looked into excuses for their presence, not the money trail. I worked in construction for over 10 years, I don’t remember people leaving pallets of bricks laying around the side of the road all that often, and if a contractor saw them being used in riots on the news, I doubt they’d shell out more scratch to repeatedly deliver replacements to the same location.

I’m not naive; I’ve looked into this and can’t find a single confirmed example. CAG confirms that no one’s followed through on investigating the ubiquitous claims – odd, that – and Donald links to a story about scattered stashes, not adjacent pallets.
I do not have additional facts about those bricks, but I do have experience in service industry / construction in the NYC area.
Simply put- if you leave it out, it’s gonna walk.
Pallets of bricks in any urban area would seem to translate into partial pallets in any given overnight period. No contractor is going to do that willingly.

Remember CHAZ, the BLM-held police-free “autonomous zone” in central Seattle held by protesters for about a month in the summer of 2020? It was ‘guarded’ by BLM goons sporting brand new AR-15s; and I recall video of the ringleader, a local part-time DJ, passing out AR-15s to supporters from a stack in the trunk of a car.
Of course the anarchy of CHAZ was major national news, but I always thought two bigger stories were being ignored:
1). Where does a part-time DJ get a stack of AR-15s? Who bought them? Under whose name were they registered? Whose car was that? Which leads to my second question:
2). Why were none of the swarm of ‘journalists’ covering the story asking those obvious questions?
I’m wondering if any of our so-called Fourth Estate will look into who is funding these anti-Trump/anti-ICE billboards. I think we can count on our corporate media to ignore that part of the story.
