It is extremely significant that the 11th Circuit barred her from doing anything more on the case until the appeal is resolved. That is the judicial equivalent of saying to her, “Kathleen, you ignorant slut.” So another would be President in a black robe comes a cropper.

Now we need the same thing to happen to the idiot judges in Massachusetts who have ruled that Harvard has a legal right to suck up public money like a giant vacuum cleaner.
The judiciary has been out of control since the Warren Court, in this layman’s humble opinion.
The Supreme Court made de facto segregation unconstitutional and ordered busing in cities across the country. Middle class flight took off and city neighborhoods collapsed. Education did not improve. It got worse.
Was it Shakespeare who wrote, “First, let’s kill all the lawyers!”? I would have said judges.
We shouldn’t be surprised by all this. The left has been using the courts to change the country for the worse for at least five decades. The judicial oligarchs literally ARE “a threat to democracy.” Even though we don’t have a democracy; we have a constitutional republic. At least the current Supreme Court seems to recognize that except for a certain DEI hire who shall remain nameless.
Judges are more like Lobbyists than anything. Well some judges. They should be applying the law, not lobbying their political preferences.
