Unintended Consequences Are Always the Deadliest Consequences

If they had attempted to live with Orange Man Bad as President, chances are that the Trump Era would now be in the rear view mirror.  But Obama and all the other minions of the Deep State had to seek to destroy him and send him to jail for the rest of his life.  Prosecuting former presidents is a bad business and a giant step towards Civil War II and history will record that the enemies of Trump established the fatal precedent.

“ Prosecuting former presidents is a bad business…”
True. But so is saying “our democracy” and meaning not -We the People- but “we who rule the institutions”.

They raided Melanie’s underwear drawer in the middle of the night. Exactly what did they think would happen?

LQC, I believe they were cocksure that Trump would be in prison before the election. To them, that was the only possible outcome. The left has a habit of overreaching.

I have said to a couple of liberal acquaintances lately that they shouldn’t have messed with the 2020 election. Second term Trump in ’20 would have been a weak-ish term. Instead they have retribution Trump and I’m here for it!

The things Tulsi is revealing seem too good to be true. If I were to engage in something SO illegal there would be absolutely no physical files, no notes, no digital emails. Any meetings would be in person with fellow co-conspirators.

On Fox last night, someone made the point that Obama would likely be found to be acting as president, so he couldn’t be charged, and he referenced the Supreme Court ruling that found Trump was acting in an official capacity in regards to Jan 06, and couldn’t be charged. Your thoughts Don?

Can someone abuse their authority in an official capacity?

Personally, if they throw Obama in prison to distract us from the Epstein files, I’ll consider that a great tradeoff 😀

For Democratic pols to be held accountable, they have to have run afoul of some rival faction in the Democratic Party or to have done something quite crude (like have a chest freezer full of bribe money in their basement).

Obama, it appears was after his presidency up to no good during the Trump and Biden Administrations.
I would like to read the files on Hilary Clinton. Anyone who lied under oath should be dealt with. Comey, Brennan, Biden, etc., etc, the list is long. It’s not getting even, it’s upholding our laws. The Vindman twins esp Alexander should be checked out

Partisans are likely to defend and unlikely to punish effective instruments of their own objectives. If the instrument falters: then let him beware.

I really don’t understand what the fuss over the Epstein files is. Everyone knows that Trump (like Clinton) is in his personal life utter scum. Who cares what additional “revelations” the Epstein files provides?

The toleration of malfeasance in politics is nothing new. There are still historians that think Aaron Burr was the good guy.
