If anyone was paying attention, we already knew the Pope Francis protected sex abusers whom he liked. There is no way that this can be justified, and how anyone can preach “pray from heaven for us Pope Francis”, shows how lost the other leaders of the Catholic Church are. The next Holy Father needs to clean house as soon as he can.
The Sacrament of Reconciliation must again be in three chambers. No more face to face. Not only to protect the penitent but also to protect the priest.
The ship has sailed on that one. Bring back the kneelers. We are not Protestant. ..and the altar rails. I noticed at a Vatican Mass there were upright metal stanchions surrounding the sanctuary.
