Today Congress will receive the electoral college votes. Democrats will be making political hay contrasting this January 6, with January 6, 2021. Of course this time around Trump did not steal the presidential election as the Democrats did in 2020. That is the salient difference. Steal an election and there are consequences.

Making Hay will defame, distract and deflect. You can count on it.
The “great” Biden anomaly of 2020.
The Bellwether counties chart could drive the cheating politician to start using cocain, and lot’s of it, to numb himself of his own self hatred. (?)
Incredible charts.
Hey Joe…
Winners never cheat…and cheaters never win..but hey man, you don’t care. Your the Big Guy.
In sports, every time something unusual happens, the status period are all over it. “This is the first time a team has won after talking by x points with y minutes to go on the road with a 10 mph crosswind in the rain.” The fact that the Democrat media wasn’t praising Biden for his ability to win without those counties tells me all I need to know.
That said, looking at Trump’s transition plans, I’m kind of glad he “lost” for years ago, so we can have him for this term.

I keep saying that the only thing worse for Dems than two consecutive Trump terms are two Trump terms, with a four year gap in which to plan!
He has had four years to think over what worked and what did not. Four years to reflect on coulda, woulda, shoulda. Four years to study the pieces on the chessboard – and consult with grand masters – before making the next move.
Looks like he’s learned a lot while on the bench. I’m hoping for a magnificent second half!
This chart, and the asymptotic 2020 election night graph that preceded it, drove me off social media voluntarily, because I concluded any comments I might have made on them would have gotten me banned anyway, and I have yet to return. Thank you for reminding everyone, even though the impact is certainly less after the fact than it would have been in real time (the very rationale for the censorship regime of 2020-22), what the Leftists in a few swing state cities perpetrated on our nation.
Still, it has become a pet peeve of mine (beyond the Left’s obvious desire to have seen “J6” replace 9/11 as the most infamous event of the 21st century – an opportunity I know firsthand that it sought for nearly 20 years – and thereby also stealing the traditional feast of the Epiphany for its woke secular religion) to see each January 6 certification day referred to, by those who should know better, under the title of the preceding year’s election. What happened on “January 6, 2020”? Nothing of public concern whatsoever; except perhaps some behind the scenes machinations by Fauci et al planning the lockdowns. As for “January 6, 2024”, it was just another day of Biden sleeping on the job. This seemingly minor inaccuracy, in my opinion, seriously harms the credibility of anyone using it, and perpetuates the Left’s caricature of its opponents as uneducated troglodytes.
As annoying as the lockdowns of 2020 were, and ultimately harmful to Trump’s ability to win a victory “too big to rig”, to me 2021 as a whole will always be the far more consequential side of that execrable Janus coin. We should all hope that, as much of a relief that the 2024 election was, 2025 becomes the same with respect to a more venerable “coin”.
Thanks for the correction on the date DP. Corrected on the post. Blogging in the middle of the night between separate bouts of sleep does have its drawbacks on occasion.
