I guess the Speaker of the House failed to wield his magic wand.  When your party controls one chamber of Congress, the best you can hope for is that it will stop bad ideas from being turned into bad legislation. It didn’t help that some of the stupidest members of the majority in the House spent all their time in useless internecine warfare that accomplished zilch, but increased their contributions from people who confuse hysteria with accomplishing something,

Well said, Donald. The continuing saga of the GOP and its circular firing squad in the House has been a sad one, and remains so.
Another example of how it is convenient for a party that deals in shallow thinking to omit civics lessons.

Here’s an accomplishment:
They kept the Democrats from completely destroying America for the last two years… imagine what they’d have done with both houses under Biden/Harris?!?
Accomplishments – student loan forgiveness, gun control, trans rights, abortion

All of those things were executive orders Pinky, Republicans didn’t vote for any of that.
