The police department in Slidell, La records its interviews with witnesses and suspects. The FBI relies on written summaries composed by agents. In New York, a perjury charge requires you swear falsely in oral testimony or in a sworn affidavit. I think in New York you can be hit with misdemeanor charges if you make a false statement in a written instrument to which a jurat is attached. Some years ago, a retired FBI agent appeared in my office to do a background check for a commercial security firm for which he was working. He said he was amused at the phenomenon of people being charged for lying to the FBI; he said in his day, you assumed the people you spoke to were lying to you. You can see from the treatment of Gen. Flynn where leads conjoining reliance on agent-recollection and charges for deception without being sworn. Partisan Democrats are content with this.
I don’t think you can fix the FBI. The only thing you can do is contrive criteria which would define which quondam FBI employees are not categorically excluded from employment by successor agencies. And take away the pensions of Andrew McCabe and Peter Sztrok, please.
Looks like the KGB, cough, I mean, the FBI has too much “discretionary” powers. They have turned into a spy agency for Big Brother.
I saw that Sen Fetterman made a very common sense statement about the squatters infecting blue states right now. Does anyone have a spare stroke they can give to Biden?

I ran into a Man from pope Francis home town and he says nobody there likes the holy father. He also told me that he he has renounced the church and is now a leftist social worker. I take that with a grain of bs. He also has really hard feelings toward the queen of England cuz of the Falkland war. I can’t blame him for that but it’s sad the way leftists in America have turned him so hard away from the church. It’s highly unlikely that people in South American in mass hate and resent pope Francis.

Did you catch this? The behavior of the school principal is familiar. It would depend on the jurisdiction, but I like to think in this country that most local police departments would tell the principal he was on his own.
Note, the German equivalent of the FBI is called the ‘Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution’. They have, quite openly, but AfD under surveillance. The head of the AfD in Thuringia said he assumes they’re listening in on everything he does.

We had Eucharistic Adoration today at school in our chapel. Usually do it on First Fridays but this was our first week back after Easter. It is always a joy, and I smell like incense.

Infinite means without beginning and without end. Created souls in original innocence made in the image and likeness of God are God’s children.
To neglect the fact of God’s creation and endowment of human rights does not mean that man by being God’s children have inherited “infinite Dignity” No way.
Man’s empowerment of human dignity is from being grafted onto the Infinite Supreme Sovereign Being. Never let it be said or implied otherwise.
After being created in original innocence by God, the Creator, man does not morph into infinity.
God cannot contradict Himself.
Creating an immortal human soul is the end of that creation.
How does the claim of having Infinite Dignity change the reality of being created in original innocence and some falling into original sin? The Immaculate Conception was created in original Innocence. Blessed Mary chose to maintain her original innocence in perpetuity.
Infinite dignity cannot be maintained in original sin.
Human endowments cannot be maintained in original sin.
Infinite Dignity belongs to the Infinite.
Only God is infinite.

The state does not create human beings. The state invests citizenship.
…is there no difference between God and man…and between God and woman?
The Infinite Supreme Sovereign Being is infinite as is God’s infinite dignity; unchangeable.
The immortal human being must choose between God and himself. Man’s finite dignity lies in the breach between original innocence and original sin.
The Blessed Virgin Mary chose perpetual virginity and became the Immaculate Conception.
