There are a handful of Jesuits that I know who are holy.
The rest do not resemble them at all.

The late Fr. John Harden was an exceptional Jesuit. As mentioned above..few and far between.

St Paul second letter to Timothy;

24The Lord’s bond-servant must not be quarrelsome, but be kind to all, able to teach, patient when wronged, 25with gentleness correcting those who are in opposition, if perhaps God may grant them repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth, 26and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, having been held captive by him to do his will.

The Jesuits in my parents homeland in Lebanon are responsible for founding and running some important schools and hospitals. Consider they weren’t there, annd they didn’t establish a long respected Christian presence in a country which is being over run with Islam by the day (as the Christian’s flee for a better life), in a region which is predominantly Muslim and war torn. Thank God He gave the world the Jesuits and prayers they return to their founding purpose. Just pray for the Order.

Timely for some perhaps, but I have never met anyone who trusts a Jesuit ! They do not need to be abolished, they are in the process of abolishing themselves (Francis, Martin, Rupnik)
