We are. There’s no real reason to fear nationalism in United States of America. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you are from, if you except the Creed – you’re in.
The Flag represents the Creed.

The British don’t fly flags from personal residences all that much, although they use them at celebrations. But this a new country, dearest, and best get use to the new traditions.
The best explanation for her would come from the thousands of mothers, wives, and families who received a perfectly folded American Flag at their loved ones funeral. Freedom, most definitely , is not free.
