Injustice for Some

Eighteen years seems a wee bit excessive for cosplaying militia with a handful of other fools.  He never set foot inside the Capitol on January 6.  “Seditious Conspiracy” in this case boiled down to the jury and the Obama appointed judge hating the political sentiments of the Defendant, which is rather why the Founding Fathers placed the First Amendment in the Constitution, to protect the right to give voice to unpopular sentiments.  Popular sentiments need no protection.  The first act of the next Republican president should be to pardon all the January 6 political prisoners.

Amen.

Since I’m funding Planned Parenthood with my tax dollars I would be happy if they, the incarcerated, would be given a few bucks to get them back on track. Say a couple..maybe $400,000. Let’s hope that the next President of these United States is Republican and open to your suggestion Mr. M.

I’m perfectly happy with a full pardon or “time served” for anyone who didn’t break something (or somebody).

I don’t know how Judge Amit Mehta can sleep at night, knowing that he so excessively sentenced a man for merely non-violently politically parading around the outside of the Capitol to virtually the rest of his life in prison (Stewart Rhodes is 57 years old). Mehta cited Rhodes as a “threat” to the Union., truly laughable.

And Mehta signaled his fevered conscience knew this was wrong: he made a big point of addressing Rhodes, stating, “You are NOT a political prisoner, Mr. Rhodes…”

Amit Mehta. Who appointed him? Oh that’s right- Obama. To fill his diversity quota. Id be mad if I was a born and bread American who was standing up for democracy, and was sentenced by a judge who was not born in my country and has no generational connection to my country. And I’m not racist. Just saying.

I’ve said it here before and it becomes more clearly true every day. If the left wanted to provoke a shooting civil war in this country, what would they do differently?

It’s time to divorce. JS.
It’s time to get those people out of jail and the blue idiots do their thing and we do ours. Finish wall on border and build them around the blue states.

The Eighth Amendment prohibits cruel and unusual punishment.
2 ranchers burned a firebreak around their property. Obama’s judge sentenced them to 5 years in prison. Trump pardoned them. Biden put them back in prison for protecting their property. Doesn’t the government have responsibility for protecting citizens’ property. The fire was on government land crossing over to burn the ranchers’ property.
