If this had been happening at my daughter’s school ten years ago I would have sued everyone in sight, and my daughter would not have been using the same shower room as a pervert in a skirt. Being a Dad isn’t just a title but implies being, above all else, the chief protector of your kids.
It’s not just the perverts. It’s the demonic body of school board officials who see this act of lunacy as an act of mercy for the perverts.
Some dad somewhere will take his disapproval out on an individual.
It will happen.
If some godless sex pervert does that to either of my granddaughters, then I pray that God Almighty gives me the strength of Phinehas in Numbers 25:6-9.

The principal of the school is Renee Coleman. Her deputies are Heidi Walter and Christine Mitlyng. This is the current president of the school board, “Dr. Steve Schroeder”

Other members of the school board are Bryn Horton, Carol Sue Albright, Latoya Holiday, Tom Weber, Diana McFarland, Alwyn Foster. Note, Schroeder and Holiday are both NGO apparatchicks devoted to lobbying for the public schools industry, McFarland is a substitute teacher and currently a graduate student in ‘Education’, Albright is a retired teacher, Weber has some sort of PR / lobbying job with a company which gets its revenue from government contracts (https://www.sitelogiq.com/projects/), Foster is on the staff of some sort of counseling practice, and Horton is a housewife who used to work for a drug company. So, four of the seven school commissioners are members of the guild and not one of them has a job wherein he produces goods and services for sale on the open market. (The board also is indicative of a novel phenomenon I’ve seen elsewhere: the inclination of blacks to run for local public offices apparently exceeds that of the rest of the population by a factor of 6.).
The superintendent of schools is “Dr.” Brad Saron.

Sadly, such a response now would likely force the school to decide upon a lesser of two evils. Perhaps they decided to allow this on their own; it’s also possible they acted to avert threat of a lawsuit about discrimination against “transgenders”. I believe I have heard of at least one court case seeking to require “equal treatment” for such persons under Title IX.
Instead of lawyers fighting after the fact, let’s encourage the girls to simply decline. I decline to shower and change until that male moves from the girls’ area. When I am disciplined for being late to class, then we’ll have it out. – very publicly. Going forward, post a girl at the door to guard against the unwarranted male presence. We need to take care of these things ourselves as much as possible. The refs (courts) will not long be on our side.

Be assured, my children are not there. Participation in most public education is spiritually hazardous at this point.
Nevertheless, the people who embrace this insanity act and will continue to act outside school walls. We must all decide to fight or consent to serve. As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

Sadly, I don’t think I can say that most Catholic schools necessarily fare any better at this point. They have too many obligations to satisfy foolish civil laws.

The “state” owns nothing. The taxpayers own their tax money even as the “state” government, adminstration administers the taxes.
The Blaine Amendment forbidding “state” money to Catholic schools is ripping off Catholic taxpayers who pay taxes to have their children educated.
The Catholic taxpayers own their taxes while their Catholic taxes are being administered by the administration.
Tell them to go read our Declaration of Independence. The Blaine Amendment was thought up in Washington state which now wants priests to divulge confessions. Privileged information of doctors and patients, lawyers and clients and media with whistle blowers will not allow such invasion of privacy. However here is my take on this horrific totalitarianism.
THE SEAL OF THE SACRAMENT OF PENANCE
The seal of the Sacrament of Penance is protected by every man made law in a court of law.
A court of law does not accept hearsay or third hand overheard testimony from evesdropping. Two witnesses establish a judicial fact.
In the Sacrament of Penance, the penitent confesses his sins to Jesus Christ. The priest acting “in persona Christi” consumates the sacrament with penance and absolution.
Anything the priest says outside the Sacrament of Penance is his own opinion, and is hearsay, uncorroborated testimony, unacceptible, as the priest’s testimony is from evesdropping at a conversation between a penintent and Jesus Christ.
If this is not true, then the priest has overstepped his bounds and has excommunicated himself because he has violated the sacred trust of the relationship of Christ with a penitent.
Jesus Christ gave priests the power to act as His representatives in the Sacrament of Penance. Jesus did not betray His friends, nor should His representatives betray His friends.
