Jesus asked Peter; Who do You say that I Am?
On that dayto come, Jesus will tell us who we are.
“Dust thou art. To dust thou shall return.”
I think of the devil tempting Jesus after His 40 days fasting in the desert and how after Jesus was attended to by angels. Man does not live by bread alone but by every Word from the mouth of God. Do not put the Lord your God to the test your Faith must be like that of the little child. Worship only God, everything else is vanity.
Sin no more and avoid the near occasion.
Pray constantly.
Offer up your sufferings and your joys.
Fast and abstinence too.
All things [including entering the Kingdom of God] are possible with God. Do your part.
And I will think back on the times I have said: Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. And the prayer in which I ask Our Lady when I die to present me to Her Son and say “I love him.” Guy, Texas
