Garak is definitely one of the standout characters in DS:9, which is saying something. I think my favorite line of his from that video list is #3 about how the point of the boy who cried wolf is to not tell the same lie twice. However, I think probably his most witty remark is on Way of the Warrior after being beat up by some Klingons:
Garak: “Ah, but I dealt them several cutting remarks which, no doubt, did severe damage to their egos.”
Bashir: “This isn’t funny.”
Garak: “I’m serious, Doctor. Thanks to your ministrations, I’m almost completely healed! But the damage I did to them will last a lifetime….”
The delivery, of course, is what sells it, as with most of Garak’s lines.

I don’t think our woke society would tolerate the wit and wisdom of Elim Garak.
