PopeWatch: Gibberish

Subsequently the Pope talked about the right of the Ukrainian people to defend themselves from the Russian invasion.  Our Pope has a loose mouth and a looser brain.  Heckuva job Conclave of 2013,  heckuva job.

Just keep showing how much of an idiot you are, and how much you don’t understand the teachings of the Church you supposedly head, Francis. Makes my job of explaining how the pope isn’t infallible in all things much easier.

The question is this: does he keep repeating this nonsense in speeches?

Because popes repeating themselves equals doctrine in the post-Vatican II church.

There is definitely an anti-just-war theological lobby in the church, and it is clear he inclines to that view. Emotional chatter about Ukraine notwithstanding.

Here is where our Bishop Taylor out of the Diocese of Little Rock, Arkansas, says the same thing as the pope. See page 11 in the paper at the link. I don’t know how this bishop could possibly make himself more irrelevant in a Red state where huge majorities of us believe strongly in the right to self defense. So now, people in our military can’t be Catholic?? His logic is ridiculous.

Here is where one of my parish members who simply could not take what Bishop Taylor says about Ukraine not defending itself. The parish member responded to Bishop Taylor’s errors & corrected them. Shouldn’t it be shocking to have a bishop just simply say that he doesn’t believe what is in the catechism is true? I knew he didn’t, but to just publicly blurt it out is something. The parish member points out the logical errors Bishop Taylor is making against self defense. See page 10 of the link below.

In another article, Bishop Taylor ties Catholic belief/practice into required nuclear disarmament. His reasoning that it would be horrible if both Ukraine & Russia has nuclear weapons as they would use them on each other right now. That is possible, but I believe if both countries had nuclear weapons that Russia simply would not invaded Ukraine. See page 3 in the link below for the bishops reasoning on nuclear disarmament.
