The source of this perversion is without a doubt the teachers’ colleges. Paedophiles are predominantly though not exclusively male. Here, you have elementary school teachers and administrators pushing this in person or hiring outside contractors; that’s a predominantly female occupational segment. So, paedophile enablers.
Note, the legislation was quite circumspect. Any discussion with sexual topics in front of a youth under the age of 11 is gratuitous, and the legislation only covers children under age 9. Note, having public employees addressing these topics to youths of any age is wholly unnecessary, though it’s an invasion of family life to which our demoralized population does not object.
