If any cop was an idiot enough to do this at a Mass I was attending, any parishioners accosted would have free counsel immediately and I would be advising the cop that suit would be filed against him and his organization in a Federal 1983 civil rights action seeking very large damages, along with a separate state civil suit for violation of the State Constitution freedom of religion section, and I would also be advising the flatfoot of the potential criminal causes of action for disrupting a religious service in the state of Illinois. Really, if this can be done legally in a country, the citizens are not free.
The masks are ineffective (well, there was one study that suggested a risk reduction of 10% if in x, y, and z circumstances. The vaccines are ineffective contra the latest strain and have large gaps in re the previous strain. The latest strain appears to have a case fatality rate of 0.35%, give or take. Half the population is not in danger from it and the other half only if they are very old or morbidly obese. Yet, we have officialdom making themselves obnoxious and abusive over masks and vaccines. There’s some 10th planet influencing all of this and doing so in every occidental country.
Today, it all depends how you define “freedom”. Yesterday I saw a comment in a Twitter feed about a news article about “anti-vaxxer” graffiti
on a new school building. Someone spray painted one word on the building, “freedom” so it was considered “anti-vax” . I don’t recognize this country anymore. I am working remote today but am being forced to wear red for a political agenda which i don’t care to support and send in a selfy of me wearing it to the office.

Here’s a suggestion. Shutter school cafeterias. Instead, have a bank of walk in coolers, each divided into numbered berths whose numbers match the locker numbers. They’re behind a counter manned at intervals by school staff on rotation. You drop off your lunch box in the morning, you retrieve it at lunch time. And the federal government quits financing people’s meals.

Even the left think WA’s McGowan is insane. You can travel to London from Australia but you can’t get into Western Australia. It has nothing to do with keeping people safe and much to do with politics. WA is our largest mining State. Do the math.

National Wear Red Day? Ugh, I’m happy to say I didn’t know about it. I’d have to do something obnoxious, like find an old picture that was clearly taken in the summer, or do a bad photoshop (like not actual Photoship), or send in a picture where my camera is so blurry – oh, a black and white photo! Or something “color corrected” to make the shirt look red but turns everything else greyish-blue. Or a devil costume.

I’d wager you would not do that inside a Church- a consecrated and Holy house of Our Lord. Otherwise you are no different to that cop.
