Jonah Goldberg (and probably others) once said that: “Liberals always go wherever they can advance the ball.” If they’re having advantages in Congress, then they’ll preach about how sacrosanct the power of the legislative is. If having luck in the judiciary, it’s all about the court’s power.
His theory is confirmed here, as now the Left finds they have a lot of power with corporations, and so advance and argue for the rights of such. If anything, it’s a bit funny to watch Glenn finally reach the point conservatives have been standing at for decades.
