So this is how unashamedly they throw the spaghetti. I hope and pray more falls to the ground as the author of the letter indicates.

The military ignores truly violent, evil, seditious leftist organizations BLM and Antifa as examples of extremism. They focus their ire instead on some group named Oath Keepers. The military uses them as the example of what is wrong with America. Ok. Who is this Oath Keeper threat worthy of military attention?
Oath Keepers, according to Wikipedia:
“Oath Keepers is an American far-right[1] anti-government[2][3] militia organization[4] composed of current and former military, police, and first responders who pledge to fulfill the oath that all military and police take in order to “defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic”.[5] It encourages its members to not obey orders which they believe would violate the United States Constitution.”
So – what is their “Oath” these patriotic ex-military, police and first responders promise to “Keep”? ” … defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic”
Oh, I see, the Oath of Office and Enlistment is now extremist, seditious, un-American.
That pretty much sums up the existential threat within our Constitutional Republic. Simple as that.
We are either (a) a nation of Law based on Constitutional structure and separation of governmental powers endowed with authority by the consent of the governed – or we are (b) all Antifa leftist fascists.
It appears (b) is prevailing for now.
