King Log, indeed. But a King Log surrounded by—and likely succeeded by— King Storks.
We’ve had lousy Presidents, we’ve had corrupt Presidents, we’ve had an incapacitated President whose wife ran things; and this nation survived.
I should derive some comfort from that, but I have to say all I feel these days is that something bloodcurdling is coming our way.
