Come to Venice Florida where common generally prevails. I had a great time with my son and his wife this weekend. No face masks, no social distancing, large fearless crowds everywhere, packed restaurants.

One would never have known there was a “pandemic” unless one went to Sunday Mass where all the “pandemic” rules are observed meticulously and where the management is compensated handsomely for following government orders–not the orders of God.

Once everyone over 65 is vaccinated we’ll be essentially done. But this is an indication that FEAR will remain.
I doubt there persons over 65 on the plane.

Was it really fear or just anti-Semitism?

Ask Ann Coulter how truthful airline PR agents are.

You can see the parents wearing masks. Youngsters are not at risk of this and there’s been some confusion over whether or not they can even infect others. I don’t think brains has ever been valued in recruiting stewardesses.

Remembering the incident involving Coulter, you have to ask yourself just what is the institutional culture of airlines when they respond to the exposure of stupid and contemptuous behavior by employees with brazen lying. Coulter also supplied photographs of the person who was arbitrarily awarded her pre-booked seat purchased for extra legroom demonstrating that the woman so awarded had no need of any special arrangements. The airline PR response was snide. Then there was the incident in Chicago where a man was bloodied by airport security because he declined to give up his purchased seat in favor of airline employees who could have been transported by van to make the flight on which they were due. Instead of asking the passengers to submit bids as to how much cash they’d require to leave the flight voluntarily (over and above awarding them a new ticket), they just tried using some random selection method to authoritatively throw people off. Oh, and do you remember ‘United Breaks Guitars’?

Liars. The video tells a different story to the airlines statement. Any parent anywhere would tell you that it’s difficult enough flying with an infant (cabin pressure and small ears), let alone slapping a ridiculous mask on their face in a non-ventilated cabin, which to state the obvious, is filled to the brink with passengers who are packed like a can of sardines and clearly not social distancing.

Every health ordinance on masks that I’ve seen has said that children 2 years old or younger should not be made to wear masks because of the choking hazard.

Forget the alleged anti-semitism. Anyone who cheers this decision is glad to see babies die just to feel a tiny bit safer. No different than a woman who procures an abortion for the sake of convenience.

The Hasidim have been the canary in the covid tyranny mine–and the bird is looking wobbly.

Sue this airline into oblivion.

How many tens of billions of dollars have we given the airlines for this latest go around? $50B? More?

I think the only reason we kept them afloat is to subsidize business travel. If you’ve ever worked for a publicly traded company, the orgy of business travel pre-pandemic was out of this world.

Don, Are there many Amish in your part of Illinois? There are quite a few just a hour east of Cincinnati and many more northeast of Columbus. Many are quite concerned about the talk of eliminating cash. How would religious exceptions for that work?

I am not sure how cash could be eliminate. The Gov’t has not even eliminated the penny or paper dollar.

In the NNK we have Amish and Mennonites coming in to buy farms. They pay cash for big ticket items. At their stands they expect cash. They might take a check occasionally for their lumber. No credit cards. Know a Mexican family that have been here for 2 generations. He buys farms for cash when his daughters marry. The more big brother, the higher the taxes the more cash and barter transactions. People aren’t stupid.
