The things you find on the Internet: a spy training film of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS). The precursor of the CIA, the OSS at the time was criticized as being too Ivy League, Oh So Social was one of the names its critics called it, the OSS did solid work during World War II and provided the US with probably its best intelligence/spy service, though admittedly that is a low bar. A large part of the credit for this goes to Major General William “Wild Bill” Donovan who led the organization. Donovan had led a battalion of the Fighting 69th during World War I, earning at that time the nickname “Wild Bill” from his troops, and carved out successful careers in the Army, Law and Business. Donovan managed the considerable feat of being a hands on leader of the OSS without crushing the resourcefulness of his subordinates.

Watched the Factor for years. O’Reilly was many things, a historian was not among them. I have read with enjoyment several of his “historical” works. I would place them in the category of historical fiction.
