The Junior Senator from Illinois, willing to listen to arguments about tearing down statues of George Washington, is a co-sponsor of a bill, just passed in the House, to have a new state named after George Washington. Tammy Duckworth doesn’t have the sense that God gave a stunned duck. She and Biden would make a grand political pair.

James LIndsay saw an essay by a ‘critical thinker’ at the Sorbonne which posited that the CIA pushed into academia such trash as postmodernism, black lies matter and wokeness so the left could look stupid and discredited and the right could advance capitalism, imperialism, and racism.
Wow, we have fallen a long way since the days when people like Chuck Percy and Everett Dirksen represented Illinois in the Senate.
